JYP needs to realize that Twice is now global. Everyone knows them. He no longer needs Nayeon's face and voice to sell the group. That being said, Jeongyeon is their hidden talent and should be utilized to her fullest potential.

Vocal ranking of Twice in my opinion: 1. Jihyo (most powerful consistent) 2. Jeongyeon (second most consistent, like other commenters said, full and rich voice) 3. Nayeon (good range, good consistency, vocal tone suits Twice's songs well) 4. Mina (Most beautiful tone in Twice) 5. Chaeyoung (decent range, good skills for that range) 6. Tzuyu (good contralto voice, however, as soon as it goes into Alto or Soprano, she's straining too much) 7. Sana (pretyy tone, decent contralto, head voice alright, however her range doesn't seem to be too high and too strainey/shaky live) 8. Dahyun (good contralto, range however is small) 9. Momo (okay alto, well-known problem, that her sound gets nasal as soon as she's going out of her natural range (which is not wide to begin with), shaky live)
