CAMPING in RAIN – Heavy rain, tent and tarp



A one night wild camp with Bruce at 1300m in some pretty bad conditions. Heavy rain and strong winds but I stayed warm with a campfire and very good gear. Used my trusty MSR Hubba Hubba NX2 tent and my 3x2m Aquaquest Guide Tarp. Cooked a delicious Chicken Chili on the Trangia and had some testy brews too! And a couple of cigars of course. Pancakes for breakfast… Did they work this time? Hope you enjoy the video!

  11. Laughing so hard… I've made some horrible pancakes on trangia. But yesterday I made a mountain of delicious pancakes on my brand new trangia non stick pan 🫣😁 I use a gas stove though

Beàuty is all around you. But because you dont like the wind, I would drop a tarp on one of your sides(left side). Its really lovely there, thanks so much for sharing yourself and Bruce.   19. Lol, I have been watching your videos for weeks now. Although I’m not an outdoor person (def no camping for me), I find myself living vicariously via your videos. It’s so relaxing and amusing and great for winding down after a long day of work. I rarely leave comments but honestly the work you put into your videos are amazing! Keep it up 😁👍👍
