4:20 i also baffled just like the people who mistaken her name as 'Higashiyama'. based on what i learn (therefore, cmiiw), 東山 should be read as "Higashiyama" if we follow kunyomi (the onyomi should be… Touzan?). one example i found is 東京 (Tokyo) in which these two kanjis read with onyomi. in this case, her name has onyomi and kunyomi, which i may expect to be more common but as far as i know, this is the first example. further investigation is needed or there may be something i miss…
