Twice (Korean: 트와이스; RR: Teuwaiseu; Japanese: トゥワイス, Hepburn: Tuwaisu; commonly stylized in all caps) is a South Korean girl group formed by JYP Entertainment. The group is composed of nine members: Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu. Twice was formed under the television program Sixteen (2015) and debuted on October 20, 2015, with the extended play (EP) The Story Begins.
On July 12, all members of Twice renewed their contracts with JYP Entertainment. The same day, it was announced that Twice would release their eleventh Korean EP, Between 1&2, on August 26. On December 21, it was announced that Twice would release a pre-release English single “Moonlight Sunrise” on January 20, 2023, and their twelfth Korean EP, Ready to Be on March 10, 2023. On March 22, it was announced that Twice would release their tenth Japanese single on May 31, 2023, titled “Hare Hare”.
