  2. Excellent series. Kudos to actors, director, writers, makeup Artists, set and custume designers, the cinematographers, editors. The entire package is there. The clever writing brings up deep philosophical issues. The forbidden fruit/crop that threw man out of paradise was wheat. It was agriculture that brought about civilization and first cut off man from nature and that followed with war, slavery, and notion of property. This prehistoric series deals with such issues like none other.

  3. Watched the whole first season in just two days. It's like a Korean version on GOT, only way less perverted and much better written. If you're like me and you stopped watching GOT due to all the perversion, senseless violence and zero substance…Check this show out. I feel like even though it is set during the Bronze Age, it parallels a lot of the socioeconomic and moral dynamics of the current day. It even tackles subjects like racial discrimination and genocide. I highly recommend the series. I love Korean dramas because they rely on the writing and the strength of the actors. Even a handsome actor or K-Pop star will sink a K-drama if he cannot act. Korean drama's don't generally use nudity, sex or even violence to fill up an hour long episode. Some movies or tv shows might contain violence or elude to sex, but they don't revolve around those things, there must be a plot. It's so refreshing. Also, it is amazing how many great actors appear in Arthdal Chronicles. The casting director for this series should be nominated for an award. My only issue with this series is that they don't wrap it up in one season like most of the other really good Korean dramas I've seen (Itaewon Class, The Guest, Vincenzo, etc.), and that means I have to wait for season 2. I'm concerned because American tv shows tend to drag on too long. The networks are too greedy, they just want to make money and don't care if their content loses substance along the way. That's a shame. It isn't fair to their viewers. I hope the writers of this series don't follow that formula and lose the essence of the show by dragging it out. Same with Squid Game, I think it was good where they left it, they don't need to try and milk another season out of it. I'm ready for season 2 of Arthdal Chronicles though!

  4. This drama proved Koreans are typical romantic comedy drama lovers without any story just give them Tom and Jerry they will be happy😂😂😂

  5. All of them in this interview are so gentle and soft-spoken, very much opposite from their characters in the series! 😅 Season 2, come quick huhu

Saludos!

  8. This drama has been on netflix since then but it doesn't look appealing to me until i've run out of movies and dramas to watch and I gave it a shot for only 1st ep as the original plan😂but surprisingly i can't let the moment pass without watching the next ep. Why didn't i watch it before omg! It's a great series though the ending was a bit disappointing. Good to hear there's a season 2

  9. What a masterpiece this series was. A beautiful story followed by balanced character development, plot progression and climax. I never felt any kind of exaggeration in scenes & dialogues. All the characters were exceptionally portrayed by actors. These three did a fabulous job and all the other supporting characters were no less. We don't realise even half the amount of effort the crew have put in behind this saga. Lots and lots of hardwork and dedication were backing this play behind the scenes.

  10. Make Season 2! Can’t get over how the season 1 portrayed the depths, mind games, sword fights and POWER lust ! It’s definitely a MUST WATCH if you interested to know what the POWER of being human is.
    Love it!

  11. This series was such an AMAZING watch that I genuinely thought it was based on a book series!! I'm very excited for the new season. The concept/story was very unique, and I LOVED the acting/cast – I feel like the selection was carefully thought out x

  12. If it's was a movie it will be definitely on Oscar nomination. It's a masterpiece with best story and best costume design. Even their clothes for each tribes, languages, habitats the details are mind blowing. I never gonna regret for watching Arthadal chonicles 👍
