    Let's see how it goes for 4 weeks. ..

    Age:13
    Weight: 55 kg

    Target 48/49 kg and slim thigh

    D1 ✅ (wasn't that hard for the first time but it pains a bit.. Let's see how
    many days my lazy ass can afford to do this)
    D2 ✅ a little bit pain because I did some other workouts also 😅
    D3 ✅ same as d2 but it hurted less than yesterday
    D4 ✖ it's not rest I had so many works so I was unable to do it but I can see some changes even though I do more leg exercises with it
    D5 ✅Going well
    D6 ✅ same as day 5..1 week is getting done 🎉🎉

  4. Ok so i started this yesterday and today and i decided to update cz why not
    Day 1: ✔️ wasn't very hard and I actually enjoyed it
    Day 2: ✅️
    Day 3: ✅️ still easy
    So I'm gonna stop doing it cz my legs slimmed down and I've been doing other exercises with this so it's pretty good exercise if u wanna pair it with other exercises
