Man it’s amazing how many crazy cool harmonic devices you use in this one arrangement… It’s just dripping with so many sweet chords 😋 Plus the way you made this melody so laid back, when most musicians play it the standard bouncy way. One of the most unique treatments I’ve heard of this tune. Keep it up the high quality arranging my jazz brother!

  19. This was another absolutely astonishing cover of a song. The fact that you play these this well is one thing but the fact that you create these means you’re on a whole other level. I don’t understand why you aren’t more popular because you quite honestly are, in my opinion, the best jazz pianist I’ve seen from Joplin to Gershwin, you are absolutely amazing. I’ve learned your Christmas song jazz arrangement from last year and it’s an absolute joy to play, keep up the amazing work man I love it!

  29. I used to own an S4 but now have a U3. But your playing level is easily on a par with the best known players like Keith Jarrett, Chick Corea, Brad Mehldau. What's evident is how well you integrate the technique into really creative reharmonization.

  39. I have to tell you jacob. im a very critical person being a high level jazz/salsa/pop/R and B/classical pianist myself. and i have to say…im speechless as usual. id love to one day play 2 piano(4 hands) pieces with yu. im willing to bet youd enjoy it as well. peace

  43. I have this book of a lot of this dudes covers, and I was playing through this one and was so confused why I couldn’t hear any winter wonderland until I searched this video. This is crazy
